If you have been reading about your pain for an hour, this is the page that ends the reading. I am not going to explain fascia here or tell you why your hip is pulling on your neck; I have written those articles and you can find them below. This one is the practical page: what a visit costs, exactly how to get on my schedule, and what happens in the first sixty minutes once you walk through the door at 1622 East North Street. Most people who book with me have already tried something else that did not work. The difference starts with how simple this part is.
What It Costs, With No Surprises
Here is the straight talk I give every new patient. By your second visit I know how long your case will take. Most people are done in six to eight weeks. Even the toughest cases stay under $2,900 start to finish, and most land well below that. Compare that to what the pain is already costing you in copays, imaging, lost workdays, and the things you have stopped doing. HSA, FSA, and health spending cards all work here, and you pay directly. On superbills, straight talk again: I build them for patients who are in a real course of care with me. If you come once or twice and want paperwork to shop around with, that is not a superbill, that is a free consultation, and I do not work for free. Commit to getting fixed and I will happily do the paperwork. The full breakdown lives on my pricing page, and the answer is the same there as it is here.
Why I Cost More Than The Place Down The Street
You can find a cheaper massage in Greenville in about four seconds, so let me tell you plainly what the extra money buys. They call it a practice for a reason. Most of the people you are comparing me to are still practicing, still working their way up, still figuring it out on your body. I am not practicing anymore. Eleven years in, every day of it on this kind of pain, I know the problem when I see it and I know how to fix it. That is the difference you are paying for, and it is why the people of Greenville and the Upstate voted me Best Sports Massage Therapist two years running, 2025 and 2026.
I also do not waste your time. I do not rub around the problem for an hour and send you home relaxed and still hurt. I find the source, I go after it, and I fix it. What happens after that is your call. Some patients stay on for maintenance once they are out of pain, because they like how their body runs when it is tuned. Some get fixed and I do not see them again until something new breaks. Both are fine with me. I am not here to sell you a membership; I am here to get you out of pain, and I charge what that is worth.
How To Book In About 30 Seconds
I do not do phone consultations and I do not return calls to schedule, because my whole day is hands on with the patient in front of me. If you want to talk to me, you book, and then you get all of me for sixty minutes. That is not me being hard to reach; it is the reason the people on my table get my full attention. So booking is online, it is fast, and it works at 11 at night when your back finally makes the decision for you. Here is every tap:
- Go to organic-mechanics.com/book, or tap the blue Book button at the top of any page on this site.
- Scroll down to New Patient and tap it.
- Pick your day. I am in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 1 PM.
- Pick your time.
- Put in your first name, last name, phone, and email.
- Enter your card to hold the appointment and tap Pay and Confirm. Your confirmation comes straight to your phone.
That is the whole thing. If you would rather have someone send you the link, call Reese, my office manager, at (864) 979-6851. Reese is the only one who answers the phone here; I am in the treatment room. She screens out the spam calls and texts the booking link right to your phone. She cannot book it for you, but she will get you to the page in one message. One thing you should know about Reese: she is an AI, and she is mine. I coded her and built her myself, trained on how I think and how I run this office, so when she answers a question she is answering it the way I would. She works hard for my patients. Be nice to her.
I am simply not practicing anymore. I know the problem. I know how to fix it. My competitors are still practicing their way up to the top.
Before You Come In
Wear sports attire. Women, a sports bra and a t shirt with shorts. Men, a t shirt and shorts. That is the whole dress code, and it matters more than it sounds: I need to watch how you move and get to the muscles that are actually doing the damage, and athletic clothes let me do that without the session turning into a wardrobe negotiation. You stay properly draped the whole time. Drink water that day. Skip the heavy meal in the hour before. If you have imaging or notes from another provider, bring them; they are helpful, not required. And take two minutes the night before to write down where it hurts, when it started, and what makes it worse. Nothing gets missed that way. Arrive a few minutes early for the intake form.
Finding me is easy. 1622 East North Street, Suite 7, about a mile east of downtown at the Overbrook Drive intersection. Free parking right on site. Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Easley, Clemson: patients drive in from all of it, and the parking spot is waiting when you get here.
What Happens In The First Sixty Minutes
First, I listen. All of it: when it started, what you have tried, what you have been told, what you stopped doing because of it. Then I watch you move. Standing, walking, bending, turning, because the place that hurts is rarely the place that is stuck, and your body tells me where the real problem is before you finish describing the symptom. Then I confirm it with my hands. By the time I put you on the table, I know what I am going after.
Then we treat. Not a relaxation rub, not a general back and shoulders routine. Specific, sustained, educated pressure on the exact muscles holding your pain in place, with trigger point work and myofascial release as the main tools. Most patients feel the difference on the table, and some mild soreness for a day or two afterward is normal; it means the tissue changed. You leave with two things: a plain answer about what is causing your pain, and a plan with a timeline I will stand behind. If I do not think I can help you, I will tell you that too, and I will tell you who can.
The One Rule
Life happens, so you can cancel or move your appointment by text up to 24 hours before. Inside that 24 hour window, including same day and no shows, the card on file is charged for the full visit. I say it plainly because the other option is hiding it in the fine print, and that is not how I run this office. The full policy is one page and it is all in that same language.
So that is it. The price, the steps, the parking, and what happens when you get here. If you have read this far, you already know whether you want on my table. The link is right below, and it takes thirty seconds.
