Card Payment Policy
We use Square and Stripe for secure auto-billing. Your card information is stored safely for future appointments, package renewals, and recurring bookings.
HSA or Flex Spending Cards
We accept these cards.
Foot Levelers Orthotics Policy
Custom Foot Levelers orthotics are available only to active patients and are non-refundable.
Warranty Information: All products come with a 1-year warranty, except for flip-flops, which have a 90-day warranty. Custom pillows include a lifetime warranty.
Unlimited Treatment Program
Our Unlimited Treatment Program provides patients with ongoing care at a reduced rate through a structured finance agreement. This is not a membership or subscription. It is a commitment to a full course of treatment. All terms, payment schedules, and obligations are outlined in the signed agreement prior to enrollment. Patients are encouraged to review the agreement carefully before signing.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Adult patients are responsible for managing their own cancellations, even if a parent or guardian makes the payment for patients over 18 years of age.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients over 18 years old are responsible for managing their appointments. Parents or guardians who pay for adult patients are not responsible for cancellations or rescheduling.
For your appointment, please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Men should wear shorts and a t shirt. Women should wear a sports bra, t shirt, and shorts. This allows your therapist proper access to the areas being treated.

Mon–Tue & Thu: Text messages from 9:00 AM–7:30 PM typically receive same-day responses.
Fri–Sun: The office is closed. When the office is closed, it may take up to 48 hours for a response.
