About Organic Mechanics
At Organic Mechanics, we believe that bodywork should be more than just relaxing — it should be effective.
My name is Corbin Piccione, Licensed Neuromuscular Therapist. My journey into this field began after an injury while working as a chef in New York. I suffered a severe fall in the kitchen that caused intense pain in my back and legs.
For a long time, I struggled to find relief — until I met a Neuromuscular Therapist who successfully treated my pain. That experience changed everything for me. Inspired by the results, I made a life-changing decision to leave the culinary world and pursue Neuromuscular Therapy.
For the past 10 years, I have proudly served residents throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. My goal is not only to help people achieve lasting, pain-free results but also to empower them with the education and knowledge needed to maintain a healthier body.

The Science Behind NMT
Neuromuscular therapy is rooted in Western medical research and evidence-based practice. The therapy addresses five key physiological factors that contribute to chronic pain — creating lasting structural change in your muscular system, not temporary relief.
Ischemia
Trigger Points
Nerve Compression
Postural Distortion
Biomechanical Dysfunction
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Your first neuromuscular therapy session at Organic-Mechanics begins with a detailed health history and movement assessment. Corbin will evaluate your posture, range of motion, and pain patterns to develop a targeted treatment plan.
The hands-on treatment involves precise pressure applied to specific muscles and trigger points — the work is focused and purposeful. Most patients experience significant relief within the first one to three sessions, with lasting results building over a course of treatment.
