When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders and notifications related to your scheduled services at Organic Mechanics Muscular Therapy. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We use a third party messaging platform to deliver text messages, and your phone number is shared with that platform solely for the purpose of sending appointment related communications.

By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of service.

Mobile Application

The Organic Mechanics mobile application provides muscle and pain information along with an AI powered chat feature. When you use the chat feature, your messages are sent to our server for processing. These messages are processed in real time and are not stored, logged, or retained after the response is delivered to you.

The app does not collect, store, or share any personal information with third parties. No account creation is required to use the core features of the application.

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. We do not use advertising identifiers or third party analytics in the app.

If you choose to subscribe to premium features in the future, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or Apple and we do not receive or store your payment information.

Online Booking and Payments

When you book an appointment through our online scheduling system, we collect your name, phone number, and email address to manage your appointment and send confirmations and reminders.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number. Stripe retains your payment information securely in accordance with their privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

You will be asked to provide a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Your card on file will be charged for payment of services rendered, missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
