Ultimately, weekly or twice-weekly sessions on a consistent basis are going to be more effective in your journey to optimal health than sporadic sessions. Plus, we’ve made it easier than ever to fit treatments into your busy schedule. In these short, 20-minute sessions, we can quickly assess your body and give you a tune-up.

Just like your car, you want to perform regular maintenance on your body to keep it in good working order. What happens when you don’t change the oil or replace the brakes on your car? The damage from not performing maintenance adds up, leading to engine trouble or compromised safety. The body is not so different. In other words, both overworking and underworking have negative consequences.

- Flexible scheduling – choose up to 4 or 8 treatments per month (depending on your plan). You can schedule them at your convenience online.
- Consistency will come more naturally. Committing to the monthly membership means you’re more likely to schedule your sessions and not put off treatment.
- Our plans are budget-friendly. The shorter sessions are focused, which means you get the most bang for your buck. We offer two membership options, so choose what’s best for your treatment goals and budget.

Depending on your treatment history, injuries, and activity, we feel most people will benefit from one of our two monthly plans.
- Maintenance O-M Membership ($169.99/mo) – We recommend this for existing clients who have been working with us for awhile. Unless you have a new injury, this plan will be sufficient for good maintenance. Schedule up to 4 sessions per month.
- Complete Body Rehab Program ($299.99/mo) – For new clients, those who are very active, or anyone dealing with an injury, we would like to see you more often. Schedule up to 8 sessions per month.
